This webinar session challenges health care institutions including cancer centers to think beyond their walls and consider their role in primary prevention, not just early detection. Drawing on implementation experience across primary care, mammography, and emergency departments, we'll explore how clinical setting impacts who gets screened and what happens after patients screen positive. Analyze where hereditary cancer risk assessment (HCRA) is currently being offered and evaluate the health equity implications of screening location on population reach
Design sustainable screening-to-counseling care cascades by applying multilevel implementation strategies (eg, patient, clinician, system, policy) and anticipating downstream capacity needs
