Rural access issues such as travel distance, caregiver availability, housing, and inventory management were major concerns.<br /><br />The business case centered on growing patient demand, outpatient reimbursement advantages, scalability, and the need to avoid losing patients to academic centers. Overall, the message was that bispecific delivery is manageable, increasingly outpatient, and likely to expand further with thoughtful planning.
